3.1 Fulfilling agreements and engagements

When you book a talk, workshop, or coaching session, we need your data to deliver the service, communicate with you, and manage payment. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6.1 b).

3.3 Accounting and legal obligations

Invoice and payment data is retained to comply with Swedish bookkeeping law (7 years). The legal basis is legal obligation (GDPR Article 6.1 c).


3.4 Improving our website

  • Inquiries without a resulting engagement: Deleted within 12 months

All vendors who process personal data on our behalf have signed data processing agreements and handle data in accordance with GDPR.
